Stop Press - In The News

It was a privilege to be invited to the Parliamentary reception to mark mental health week. The theme this year is "move more for your mental health'. We aim to deliver exactly this objective, working alongside NHS teams treating those struggling with mental health. The invitational event at parliament heard speeches from Maria Caulfield (Under-Secretary of State for Mental Health), Chris Boardman (Chair of Sport England and cycling Olympic gold medalist) and Jonny Wilkinson (World Cup winning rugby player). Even Mr Motivator attended to get us all moving. The event was attended by most major mental health charities and was led as always by the Mental Health Foundation who we thank for the invitation. It was great to see so many people inspired to make activity a central part of positive mental health ! See our latest news section for more information on the event.
