Our 3 Peaks challenge raised over £15k !!
A massive thank you to the 35 walkers who raised such a fantastic amount of money for the charity. The 26 mile hike was completed by nearly all our walkers, who rose to the challenge of taking on the very demanding Yorkshire 3 Peaks. Mental Health Week Parliamentary Event
It was fantastic that the event was attended by so many MPs from across all parties. Here James is talking with Bell Ribeiro-Abby, Labour MP for Streatham. The event was hosted by Dean Russell, Conservative MP for Watford, who gave a passionate speech about the importance of achieving equality in the treatment of both Mental and Physical Health. He also talked about how living by HOPE (help-one-person-everyday) could make such a difference to people.
Mental Health Week Parliamentary Event
It was a privilege for the charity to be invited to this important event on May 15th in the Houses of Parliament. It was attended by most major mental health charities, politicians and sports stars passionate about activity and how it can improve mental health. Thank you to the Mental Health Foundation for leading such an important event in the calendar.

We heard the passion for activity and mental health from so many speakers including Chris Boardman (Chairman of Sport England), Maria Caulfield (Undersecretary for mental health), Jonny Wilkinson (World Cup winning rugby player) and Dean Russell (Conservative MP for Watford). The case for activity and mental health is so clear and proven !!

Well done to Ian our 'super fundraiser'
We can't help people struggling with their mental health without our amazing supporters. Ian is determined to help and recently ran the Boston Marathon. The Tokyo marathon is his next fundraising effort in 2025 (with maybe the Loch Ness marathon in between !). Thank you for your fantastic support !!
