Our very simple application process can kickstart your journey towards activity and better mental health. Click on the link below and fill in our application form. It takes just 2 minutes to do and we'll be in touch within 24 hours to arrange a time for us to discuss how we can help you.

Physical Activity - what we support 

This is about finding YOUR focus - what would you like to do. We will therefore support most things. Examples include : 

Gym memberships, providing a bike, yoga classes, swimming, golf, dance classes, group exercise classes, water aerobics, pilates, zumba, box fit, running, racket sports ...... the things we don't support are listed in our common questions section of this website. 

Art Class

Music, art and other hobbies - what we support 

Whilst physical activity will always be our start point as the science proves this is most likely to help you, we know for some people it might not be right. That's why we support a wide range of other activities. Examples include : 

Musical instruments, music lessons and online learning, art equipment and lessons, cooking and baking courses, photography, painting and drawing, crafts, dress making and textile courses. These opportunities vary by local area but the options are endless !!

Keep learning !! 

There may be some that really wish or even need to learn new skills, helping them to create a path towards a new positive future. 

What's important is that we listen to your specific circumstances. We will support you to find a learning opportunity that is a focus YOU want, or which will help you retrain or find employment.

Getting support 

Our application process is as easy as 1-2-3 and will take just ONE HOUR of your time.

ONE - fill in our online application (it takes just 2 minutes to complete !). If you are not online request our application form by using the contact button below.

TWO - if your application is successful we ask for a 30 minute conversation with you where we explore what you want to be YOUR focus and gather some more important information about you. We also explore how we can best support you given some of the barriers to activity you might feel. This will be with one of our "Little Push" Coaches.

THREE - we then contact you to make arrangements for how you can access your chosen activity. 

We keep in touch with you to make sure you are being supported in the way you want, and also so that you can help us by completing a questionnaire to understand if the activity is helping you.

Am I able to apply for support ?

Unfortunately we cannot help everybody as our funding does not allow that. We therefore try to help those most in need by using the following criteria to determine if we can support you : 

​

1. You must be aged 18+, confirm your UK residency status, and live in England or Wales.

​

2. You must be currently receiving support from NHS "Talking Therapies". 

 

3. You must be earning less than £35k pa or in receipt of means tested benefits.
